Sir I have ordered shoes but the delivered shoes are different from the ordered one and size is small too.please I kindly request you to refund my payment.The product delivered colour and piece is different from the ordered one.

I ordered (order id :- OID52782) Reebok shoe and they have delivered Nike shoe, this is very unexpected, if I would have seen the feedbacks for this site, I would have never gone for it.
I dropped an email and a followup email on top of my original, but I am yet to get a reply on my complain.
Chupchap if you provide such support no one will ever buy a product from your site and your customers will stop using your site chupchap.
