Today I tried to book tickets through Cinepolis App for tickets of Bar Bar Dekho at Cinepolis Acropolis Mall, Kolkata for 6.10 pm show, 11.09.2016, Sunday. 2 tickets were ought to be booked at total cost of Rs. 574.36 . I booked seat nos. M-4 and M-5. My HDFC Bank credit card endin 6351 was debited twice…once at 21:14:17 at CINEPOLIS 87175 and again at 21:39:13 at CINEPOLIS 87175. But both the times booking was failed . My request is to send me booking confirmation of M-4 and M-5 of 6:10 show of Bar Bar Dekho on 11.09.2016 against one payment and refund one payment. Or, if you are unable to book my tickets, refund the entire amount at the earliest.
