i am a city bus passenger long time, last two weeks ago and its happened again this morning that from Fahaheel i came down to my building to catch up the bus according to my time, the bus came and i was in the right place but the driver didn’t stop and it happened also to the second city bus.. yellow bus came how many time and stopping to get me but i have the bus pass. from 6:45 am to 7:25 am the city bus came twice only. but the yellow bus came 4rth times.
im wondering why? is this the customer service you gave to the passengers? the city bus are empty why they don’t let us to come in? and when the city bus is full why they make it to much crowded? where is the social distancing that we need to implement for every bus. 2 buses for 15 mins compare to the yellow bus. can i refund the money, i dont like the service.

The driver didn’t stop in the bus stop area even he knows that we are standing and pressing buzzer . And he stop in far to our our destination plus he’s really reckless driver.
