I had ordered a smart wallet worth ₹1995 from the website clickofdeal.com on 30 Dec 17. On 2 Jan 2018 I recieved my order. The item was smart wallet as shown in the picture, however, they sent me 100₹ purse along with power bank. It’s a false product, nothing like they have shown in their website. I tried contacting the customer care number ie +919599855261 and even mailed in [email protected], it came to light that these customer care Contact number and I’d is invalid. I even tried to visit the addresss they mentioned in their website ie FF 456, Phase -1, Mayapuri Industrial Area. This address was not found on ground. I request you to take strict actions against these culprits, who duped the customers.
