I’m writing to immediately draw your attention to a distressing and worrying situation I’ve been put through as a result of constant harassment calls from one of your recovery agents regarding the past-due loan EMI.
I respectfully ask for your intervention and support in hastening the resolution of this issue.
I must first and foremost express my extreme concern and displeasure with the recovery agent’s actions.
They have acted inappropriately toward me and used derogatory language, but they have also verbally abused me, which is totally unacceptable and extremely upsetting.
I am also extremely troubled by the recovery agent’s contact with the Sarpanch of my village and their disclosure of all of my loan information.
This unauthorized disclosure of my financial and personal information has seriously upset me and jeopardized my privacy. Additionally, the recovery agent used their position to coerce the Sarpanch into visiting my home and forcing me to pay immediately, which is a flagrant violation of my rights.
I’m shocked beyond belief that the recovery agent has threatened to contact my employer and reveal my financial information, obviously with the goal of jeopardizing my employment.
This threat directly violates my right to privacy and is both impolite and unprofessional. I vehemently condemn this conduct and demand that the responsible recovery agent be subjected to the proper punishment.
The recovery agent has now threatened to get in touch with my hometown as part of the recovery process, which only makes me feel worse. For me and my family, this constant intimidation and pressure is causing excruciating mental anguish and emotional turmoil.
If I don’t pay back the loan right away, the recovery agent has explicitly stated that they will call my hometown and the village Sarpanch more frequently.
I want to emphasize that I am currently experiencing financial difficulties and do not have the resources to make an immediate repayment.
Despite the recovery agent being informed of my financial situation, they continue to harass me with constant calls, make empty threats, and cause me great distress.
I’ve included a screenshot of the message that was sent, which amply illustrates the intimidating and unprofessional conduct displayed by the recovery agent.
I beg Clix Capital and the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to look into this situation right away and take appropriate action.
This entails a careful examination of the recovery agent’s behavior, any necessary disciplinary action, and measures to guarantee the privacy and rights of customers are protected.
I respectfully ask that the RBI actively participate in this complaint as their oversight and direction are crucial for ensuring ethical behavior and client protection in the financial sector.
I have faith that the RBI and Clix Capital will both treat this complaint with the seriousness and urgency it merits. I kindly request that you resolve this matter immediately, give me a resolution, and keep me informed of the actions taken to resolve this matter.
I appreciate your quick response and help in getting this issue resolved.
