I placed an order with Closettrend.in (Instagram), but the package never arrived. I’ve been texting them nonstop for almost four months, and they still won’t give me a refund, claiming they don’t do refunds.
and instead advised me to purchase another one from their page. Since I had no other option, I did as I was forced to. It never arrived, so I followed up with another inquiry, but they then began acting as though the order had never been placed in the first place.
In addition, they have been ignoring my messages and keeping me on seen.
