I have received order# 49631, but I have received a completely different order.
PFA the received products.
I request your team to send for a return and refund my amount as soon as possible.
I hate to say this, but this is highly unacceptable and unprofessional from a seller. This had surely broken the customer’s trust, and I would definitely feel sceptical to place an order here again.
Kindly ensure the refund is done soon as a part of ethical seller practice.
