Dear Sir,
I bye some product online from Clovia.Com, Bill Net Amount Rs. 1139 /- . i pay it through online payment deducted by my bank account. Bank Confirm me amount debited to my account and credited to receiver account. on dt. 14-05-2017 but i am not found any confirmation from company. when i call they say lie. and not send my booking product / refung. i also send them Proof , bank statement, Payment Confirmation
Same issue happen with me. What should I do?
this happened with me also but i sent a mail to them on their support mail id given on their website with the screenshot of my payment and after a day i received my order details and its confirmation. you can try the same.
