I have ordered a laser beam pro projector from the ads displayed on instagram story and page available on facebook and paid them by net banking and received a mail that they will mail whenever my product is dispatched but it look like scam as there is no response from them after the payment. kindly help. Amount Rs 499.00

I have ordered laser beam pro projector from the ad displayed on Facebook on (projectorpro-in.myshopify.com) and paid them by UPI (Google Pay) and there is no response from them after the payment. Kindly help . Amount Rs. 499 wiht Taxes Rs. 588.82. Now no web site display and looks like spam.
