This vacation company is dishonest.
They make a lot of promises and attractive offers to entice people to buy memberships, but after they do, they stop answering the phone, don’t give membership IDs or bookings, and, if they do, they don’t even listen when they speak, let alone fulfill their commitments.
I buy Gold membership for 5 years at the time of purchase they gave me below commitment,
1. Two Child will be included up to 15 years
2. Maintenance changes will be waived off if I provide any valid reference.
3. maintenance charges will apply after availing 1 year of holiday that is 6 nights.
When I finally asked for my booking, it took them nearly 15 days to give me a property option. They also only offered me the option for three of the six nights, and they unfairly demanded a maintenance charge upfront even though I had already given them 7,500 INR.
First of all, Chandan Walia, their sales representative, is a big liar who will do anything to sell the product. He is also extremely impolite.
They know we paid in full and have no other options, so they are taking advantage of us. They are very intelligent people.
They mentally tormented me.
Base was lying when he said I could get free EMI. However, I later learned that he had added 12,500 INR for interest-free payments, and she informed me that we could cancel our membership if we weren’t satisfied with the services. He says that since we had an agreement and cannot receive a refund, I am now requesting that she cancel. He is denying all of his obligations.
Please assist me in getting my refund as they are not keeping their end of the bargain. I feel powerless and deceived.
