Club Group of Hotels – Cancellation of membership

I have purchased this subscription on Sun, Sep 28, 2014 on my wife’s name Rajani Dutt Sharma and I had raised cancellation request on Tue, Sep 30, 2014 at 5:41 PM because there were lot of differences in documentation and I seen very disappointing feedback on online forums.

That time they forced me to avail services once and denied the cancellation that time, and on Tue, Dec 30, 2014 at 2:46 PM they assured me below:

“As per the refund policy is concern , after taking a holiday in our resorts if you are not satisfied with the services committed to you , you can go for a cancellation after deduction of service tax @ 12.36%.”

Which they denied after my first trip and again made another promise.

Almost after a year I have planned a holiday in their affiliated facility on Thu, Jun 25, 2015 at 8:05 PM for Jul 25th to Jul 28th. Here they mentioned the utility charges for which they promised the refund and I got it refunded.

On Mon, Aug 3, 2015 at 12:50 PM, after returning from holidays I informed them that I am not satisfied with the services as it was not as promised, so cancel my membership as you assured above. For the same they again denied your own word and on Sun, Oct 18, 2015 at 5:06 PM they again assured me below:

“As per the discussion , we want to assure you that we will definitely going to provide you the best services of CGH every time in future and also going to reimburse the utility charges of your holidays .”

When I planned another holiday on 25th Nov 2015 for which I informed them one month ago and I was continuously following up .But before 4-5 days of booking they informed me to pay the utility charges in advance and will not be refunded while they assured me refund every time above.

So every time I followed their policies but they neither want to serve the services as per assurance. All fake promises they made during purchase of subscription. I initiated the cancellation within 7 days after discussing same with their head office on 05942248295. When they denied the same I again called their head office on same number and I asked them that few days back there were a female coordinator on call who assured me that you can initiate refund within 7 days. So the new person on the call said that there were no female coordinator from last 4 years.

Finally I do not have any option to deal with them so I decided to avail their services once but they create problems every time and they have a very humiliating behavior.

I have already sent them formal notice from my end via the email twice and they denied the refund.

Now I just want to recover my money which I paid and the cost of my losses.

I paid them 49000 from which I availed a service for three days only. I want to resolve the issue peacefully while they have crossed the limit of fake promises all the time.
