On December 11, 2022, I joined Club Meridian (https://www.clubmeridien.com).
I have been attempting to book my hotel for 2 nights and 3 days since the very next day (in less than 24 hours), but no one has responded and I am being asked to pay extra money for a required hotel dinner.
Because my membership is valid year-round, they shouldn’t have such restrictions.
I then asked to cancel my membership and receive a refund, but I was unsuccessful.
I made a payment of INR 80,000. Please assist me in receiving a full refund of my money.
