When Mr. Ajaz Salmani and Mr. Messy, company representatives, came to my city, I bought a family vacation package from them.
With certain designations listed in my welcome kit and email, they offered 15 years of vacation time and a free family trip abroad.
Bookings within the country were offered the first year, but when I started asking for a free trip, they kept changing the months of availability.
They asked me to choose a time frame between February and September in our most recent email exchange, but as of March 2023, when I’ve been writing them emails to present them with my offer, the emails have started to bounce back with the message: Unable to deliver as address not found.
It’s also not being worked on. I’ve also tried calling the following numbers, but they are also unresponsive: Ajaz is first, followed by Club Meridien, Meera Kaur, Messy, and Kapil.
All of them have the same message when dialed: “The number you have dialed is switched Off.”
Customer service has not responded, and there is no one to talk to right now.
All of these facts demonstrate that the COMPANY is a fraud because, after receiving the full amount of money, they simply vanish into thin air.
Now there is nothing to communicate with—no email, website, phone number, etc.
I was given the membership number CM/10/2021/1614.
Government must take action against these businesses.
