Hello, I have placed ordered for mountain bicycle on 15 August 2021 by making the full payment using razor pay payment gateway
But till date neither I got any tracking status of my ordered nor the website is visible
Kindly help in getting either my order or refund from the this Shopify website

Exactly, this is what happened to me too. I placed order for a bicycle on 15 August 2021 by paying the full amount using my debit card. However, I have not recieved any communication in this regard from the sellers. I cannot track the website, nor there is ant tracking order info.
