setback nil on all four sides of a building in puzhuthivakkam area
As i have invested as they promised of so many amenities like park, swimming pool, club house, boating in the year 2014 i have invested about 26 lakhs by taking loan and registration also done but nothing is done after taking so much money from many of us. Only land differentiated giving nos. To plots so i am finding difficulty as the bank is increasing their interest as no development is happening and i am finding difficulty in paying the amount back as 7 lakhs yet remaining and i will not be able to sell. I need money as my children are studying and no other way than selling it. Pl help

Two buildings under construction on these plots are having setback violations on all the four (4) sides.
I. E. Set back on: front side – nil; back side – nil; both sides – nil
One of the building is encroaching on the road also.
