I am writing to raise a formal complaint against Mr. Aadesh Salunkhe, who has been repeatedly approaching several employees at [Publicis Sapient / Coforge] with requests for borrowing money, citing reasons such as needing to pay off a home loan.
It has come to the attention of many that Mr. Salunkhe has made similar monetary requests to numerous employees across different teams and levels. While financial difficulties can be personal and sensitive, his persistent borrowing from multiple coworkers has created discomfort and a sense of pressure within the work environment.
Such repeated solicitations are not only inappropriate in a professional setting but also undermine the integrity of the workplace by making employees feel uneasy and obligated. Several individuals have expressed concern over this behavior, which is affecting team morale and fostering a negative work atmosphere.
We request that this issue be investigated and appropriate action be taken to discourage any further misuse of professional relationships for personal financial gain. It is essential that we maintain a respectful and boundary-conscious environment for all employees.
