Coho – Bad behavior of salesperson and refund of token money

Although I had heard of you before, what I discovered was completely unexpected. My arrival date was April 1, 2023, and I also told Shraddha about it, but they gave the room—which I had chosen for my stay—to another female without consulting me. My mother traveled with me to assist me settle in, but when it got late at night, they would not let her stay with us for only one day. I would like to know what this behavior is, please. Do people still exist? I had some luggage there in PG for a while, but Shraddha instructed me to return it if I did not move on April 1st with full payment.

In the first place, why would I pay in full if I was not getting the room I had chosen? In the second place, even though I had already paid 5,000, how could you have asked me to take my luggage? You can assume that 5,000 represents the cost of my one-day hotel stay, but your salesperson Shraddha misbehaved and asked to take the luggage at a late hour. Coho has me very disappointed, and I will never recommend it to anyone.

I kindly ask that you return my Rs. 5000 token payment. You can subtract 10% as charges if you would like. Please be considerate and issue a refund right away.
