Dear Sir / Madam,

I have booked new Dish TV HD+ on 17.08.2017 connection by paying amount of Rs.1799/- through my credit card (find below screen shot for your reference) to “Compare DTH”, as confirmed by them that new Dish TV will be install at my home within 48 hours from booking date. but till time same has been not yet done, hence I requested them to refund my amount, now they are not attending my calls.

Requesting to you kindly help me to get my money refund.
