Dear Sir / Madam,

I have booked Dish TV HD+ on 17.08.2017 by paying amount of Rs.1799/- vide Payment ID No.81794969 dtd.17.08.2017 to Service Provider “Compare DTH” through my credit card, as confirmed by them that new Dish TV will be install at my home within 48 hours from booking date. but till time same has been not yet done, now they are not responding my calls for refund of my amount.
