I had baught a new dish tv connection online from compared2h.com on 16th august.
After fitting the dish and set top box, I have been facing a lot of problems.
Firstly, the reception is very bad
I had to call the technician twice.
The set top box has some problems, ie. The sound goes off if i try increasing or decreasing the volume from the set top box remote and when i set the setting to 5.1 channel audio, there is no sound on non HD channels then I need to revert the settings and restart the set top box.
Now, I am asked to pay an amount for the engineer to visit me and check the set top box
compared2h.com doesnot respond to my calls.
I would like a full refund of the money paid for new connection, installation and extra wire.
My next action would be to contact consumer court if the problem is not resolved.
