comparedth.com – no reponse after payment for new tata sky hd connection

I paid RS. 1400 on comparedth.com site for purchase of a tata sky new hd setup box. But after one week also there is no response having said it suppose to not take more than one day. After seeing there approach I mailed them for refund but they are responding to that also.
