DEAR SIR,
We have purchased on line DTH connection from COMPAREdth on 23.01.17 and we were promised that the connection will be done with one day, and i am been regularly reviving messages of connection will be today from 23.01.17 every day but to scope till as on today date.
We spoke to One Mr. Yogesh and Mr. kailash they had forward an new contact no. 9312092834 of Mr. Mobin who is not picking up the call after repeated trying.
We thing it is an big racket to fool people and extract Money .
I was also promised 3 promotional offers (1) Free voucher of rs.1000.00 for on line purchase and Rs.1000.00 for any hotel Expenses,also an free gift of Rs1800.00 is Men shoes .
After repeated reminder they have not yet Mailed nor send an hard copy of the same, and every time they promise to mail the immediately after we finish the conversation on the Phone. But unsuccessful.
Today they have cooked an new story that there is some problem with the Yahoo email ID.
We req. sir, to clear and give us an justification and do the needful.
