Received fitnex Smart watch (order#HM39164 ordered on 1st October 2021) through Amazon delivery services tracking ID – 266241564125) with cash on delivery option for couple watches Rs 4299(I paid) I found the damege product and secondly it’s not working properly, battery is totally draining out and nothing is working properly. Product is not as per my aspirations. Please refund my amount and I return you back the package as per your delivery at the same address.
Not at all satisfied by this kind of unacceptable performance. The product is not useful for me please do the needful action.
