I purchased a fitness smartwatch for 3000rs from amazon shipping on 15/1/2022 and received it the next day.The watch is not upto standard.It is not charging properly and it is very difficult to detach the strap. The touch is also not working properly. I want to return the product and get a refund. Please arrange to pickup the watch from my residence and refund my 3000rs. I am not satisfied with the product
