Today morning I ordered two Fitness X Watch price rupees 4299.00 aginst [Order #HM24956] (July10, 2021, 11:20 AM),
I want to cancel the order but can not find the option to do so they don’t have any customer number nither you can track the order. So I sent the mail to “[email protected]” to cancel this order at 12:13 PM (within the next 30 min) but now I received the below SMS from Blue dart courier at 6:00 PM which is not good.
Start txt —-our order from Bst Andrd Wtchs is dispatched through Blue Dart Awb# 78510899703 will be delivered by 12-JUL-21.Amount payable is Rs 4299.Track us on http://www.bluedart.com…..End txt.
I call blue dart currier customer care but they are not supporting for canceling this delivery. Kindly cancel this order.

Fraud company. I ordered a slimfitvest after coming across their Ad on Instagram. I did not actually check the price of the product on Google and chose COD method. After product arrived it happened to be XL instead of L. I tried to reach out to them by mail, phone but all their details are fake. When I checked the price of the product on Google I found it to be 400-500 bucks which I ended up paying 1000 bucks. I totally regret that I ordered without proper research which made me lose 500 bucks. Their primary modus operandi is placing ads on Instagram under different names/website address and then luring the customer to buy them by offering heavy discount/ Free delivery. But to be honest their products are actually priced almost 2 times their market price which I observed for most of their products. My advice to all would, to not get fooled by their advertising gimmicks but instead look for the actual price of the product on Google/Amazon/Flipkart and preferably order through them only.

Complacenciaa Smart Accessories Store, ground floor, building No.67, Lane No.3, Shartri Park, Chander Nagar, New Delhi 110051 is a fake Store/company, they are cheating and looting people with false advertising. In spite of my complaint with the National Consumer Helpline several times, I have not yet received my hard earned money of Rs.3,000/-. Request you all not buy any product from Complacenicaa Smart Accessories Store and do try to expose them publically.
