I recieved the fitnex sense smartwatch worth Rs. 3000/- by COD on 03-01-22 by courier. The watch is not all upto the standard. It is not charging properly and it is very difficult to to detach the strap and put the watch on charging mode. The touch sense also is not all accurate. I regret having ordered this watch , I want to return the product , kindly arrange to pick up the watch from my residence and refund my money of Rs3000/-. . I am not all satisfied with the product. It is not all worth Rs. 3000/-. The company is cheating the customers by selling such substandard product
