I have ordered fitnex sense smartwatch (Qty- 02) at Rs. 4299/- vide order no. HM47411 on 15 Dec 21. The same have been delivered on 20 Dec 21. The Smartwatches I have received are not up to the expectations and even not matching with the specifications mentioned in the ad at the time of purchase. So, i have approached via e-mail twice on the support email given in the box for returning but no response from complacenciaa. Kindly Request to return the item and refund my money. Also request to reply to the customers who tried to contact for any support. Thank you
