1. Faulty Bas quality Product. It is not the same as displayed on website.

Hello i have ordered max fit pro 8237 smart watch with invoice no.
7579 and received it on 10/01/2023 which i want to return and want my refund. For the same yesterday 11/01/2023 i called on your given no.7478173184 where he assured me that my complaint has been lodged and our representative will call you back on dated 12/01/2023 up to 11 am but today i didn’t receive any call and as i call back on that no. it shows switch off. so here i am requesting you solve my matter and do the needful.
