I had order a smart watch order ID #HM5995,got deliver on 21 July & on the same day I reached out to customer care via email id [email protected] as the product delivered was not as per my order of Metallic finish & product battery was not getting charged not working & the screen had stain marks , but even after repeated mails they didn’t reply on refund but just got an update saying by default it is with rubber strap & I had to buy metallic strap from Amazon. With this itself clear that the company intentions are not good to serve customers & it is act of fraud. If they are genuine they should have responded to the claim & promptly refunded the amount as they advertised saying if customers not satisfied full refund would be made.
