Dear team,
I ordered an Electric Shock Mosquito killing lamp on 14 Aug 2023.
The product is recieved on 17th of August 2023. We have been facing several difficulties, with the product recieved. Am not satisfied with the product that has been delivered. The power button given in the product is not in working condition. Its delivered in damaged condition. Unless the product is plugged, it isn’t working. It was specified that this product can be charged and carried over places. But its not working as so. It’s automatically turning on, while its plugged in. We kindly request you to take the product back and refund my money back, that is ₹2999.
