Complacenciaa – Neck Breeze Air Product :: Received defect product and company is not returning refund after raising compliant

It is to inform Complacenciaa Company in consequence of the order I placed for the device “Neck Breeze Air” from company “Complacenciaa” online.

The device has been delivered on date “15 June 2023” on Cash on Delivery. Accordingly, item has been received on date “15 June 2023” and cash of rupees 3000/- has been paid to the delivery person during the delivery time. Afterward when the device was unpacked and used, it has been found that device was of poor quality and frequently it is getting switched off. And the blowing air temperature is not at all cold which has been promised and described during placing the order. Nevertheless after fully charging also, the problem remained the same.

Therefore as per given commitment, the company ‘Complacenciaa’ has been requested to take back the defective device and make a full refund in cash at the earliest. It is also be noted that we have raised this complaint/observation and requested to return the device within 4th day from the date of delivery, which is must early than the stipulated time period of 7 days from the due.
