My name is Raghunath Kedar
On 4th June I ordered the product Neck Breeze for Rs 2499. I was delivered the product on 6th June by Bluedart Courier.
I charged the product by a couple of hours. When I switched it ON, I found that ONLY the Left Hand Side Fan was working. The Right Hand Side Fan was NOT working. I tried switching OFF and ON. But the fault persisted.
I wrote an email to your dealer SUPERDEALS with copy to Shiprocket. The Shiprocket email bounced back. SUPERDEALS did not respond.
I sent two more reminder emails to SUPERDEALS but they have not responded. As mentioned above, The cc email to Shiprocket bounced back once again both the times (a total of 3 times.
Please send your representative/courier with a replacement piece OR refund the amount of Rs 2499 which I had paid by cash to the Bluedart Courier.
I had placed the order for the product with great belief in your product and your Company.
