got the neck cooler delivered today against cash on delivery.
Totally dissatisfied with the product. Need an immediate refund. Sent an email also to this effect to the seller.
The product is damaged with one side non functional. Not cooling, as claimed. It’s simply a very small fan. There is no cooling. Also no product manual, no operating instructions, warranty card or instructions to claim return or refund provided. No invoice given. On the face of it, looks like a fraud.
Get the product returned and refund the amount of Rs2999 collected as cash on delivery.
