I did not receive any instructions how to use the product. Hence I called up this # 8799768900. When I stated my concern I was told that this would be forwarded to a technical team and I would receive a call in ten minutes. Even after half an hour I did not receive any call i dialled the same # once again. No one picked the call but soon after that I received a call from this # 7029391102. The person on the line was very curt and rude. When I mentioned that I just wanted to know for what duration I should charge my product he asked me to fill up a form and disconnected the phone. I dialled the second # few times but it was not picked up. Only a recorded messag in bengali could be heard. I’m very disappointed. Pathetic customer service. 😱
