I had purchased Fitnex sense Smartwatch through COD from Complacenciaa.com Delhi by paying Rs.2999/- cash on delivery. Delivery is received through amazon shipping on 02/10/2021. I tried to charge the watch as per video shared regarding the same from web site but it is seen that, Watch is charged only 10 to 20% after 3 hours of charging and gets saturated immediately. After 2 days , I found that watch is not charging even after charged for 3 hours. It is a damaged product or bad product. I feel vendor is cheating the customers by selling useless product. I tried to search vendor’s mobile number, email id etc. but they are not found any where. Hence, I could not complaint about Complacenciaa. Please tell whether I will get refund of all money that were paid in cash on delivery i..e.2999/- or can I get replacement for bad product ?????

it’s Completely Fake and Joined with Amazon.Without any intimation they Deliver in the name of Amazon, Because of the TRUST on Amazon,i was Paying 2,999rs and Received the item.infront of him immediately opened it Carefully, i was shocked.One Fake watch is there.immediately checked my orders Page on Amazon, there is nothing ordered. Returned to the same Agent.its Very Very BAD Experience with Amazon.,Such a Reputed Online Shopping Store.The whole Responsibility is AMAZON only.
