Sir, I have ordered a smart watch (model – MAXFITPRO4601) through online on 15-12-2022 and the site name was ” www.maxwulife.in/smart ” then order was picked and packed up by ‘SHIPROCKET’ and sent through courier ‘BLUEDART’ ( via AWB no. – 80045990216 & Order Id no. – #MaxFitPro4601) and i received the same on 19-12-2022, but the watch is not functioning and at all and to return it, the option was not available on the site. The amount which i have paid is Rs. 2999/-.
