I have ordered 2 MosquitoZappers with Order ID : #BuzzBGone3862, for Rs.3799. The product got delivered on 26th July.

I have started using one of them, but I am not satisfied with the product and wish to return both, one opened and the other unopened.
At the end of the delivery confirmation mail, they wrote “Please contact Complacenciaa at www.maxwulife.in/smart if you have any product-related query or need help with your order”.
On accessing https://www.maxwulife.in/contactus, they shows: “10 Days Refund/Replacement – 6 months warranty”
