I ordered on 25th Mar2023 seeing an advertisement on INSTAGRAM and bought this handy massager ProRelax450 on COD but it was already broken when delivered and in a very shabby used form..Even the box had a hole though it was packed from outside but from inside all used and broken product.I strictly need my REFUND or I shall complain to higher authorities.
