Seeing the advertisement ordered ProRelaxa Massager for Rs. 2999/-. As per description it was stainless steel made but when delivered it is not as per the ad. It doesn’t match what was seen in the advertisement. Sent mail for refund but mail is not getting delivered. There is no contact number available to report or voice out concern. Not sure what needs to be done. It is mentioned on the web page (https://www.maxwulife.in/smart) 10 days easy returns and prompt support but helpline clueless.
