We ordered fitnex sense smartwatch (your health steward) from Complacenciaa on 19 nov 2021. We received it on 26th NOV 2021 through amazon shipping service. But it was a defective product. It didn’t connected to my phone though my phone is compatible with the watch as per the specs. There is no separate e-commerce website for this. We bought it through a link in ad on google feed which was not working now. There is no way of returning this product to the vendor. We want to return this defective product Fitnex sense smartwatch and get my money back.

    Identify the product, available with the courier.
    More over their products are said to be defective

  2. I have ordered MaxFitPro6446 Smartwatch from Complacenciaa powered by Shiprocket on 27th Dec2022. I have received it on 30th Dec 2022 through Blue Dart Courier service through tracking ID 80055390133. But it was a defective product. It didn’t connected to my phone though my phone is compatible with the watch as per the specifications. There is no separate e-commerce website for this We bought it through a link in ad on google feed which was not working now. There is no way of returning this product to the vendor. I want to return this defective product MaxFitPro6446 and get my money back.

    I received the couple smart watch today. The courier boy is asking for payment but I have already paid at the time of booking.
    The courier boy is claiming that the payment is not done.
    Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
