I ordered Online Miroiter 3D Mirror as per the Advertisement Picture displayed on the website The Mirror was shown above a Wash Basin and Size of the Mirror was not described or was not mentioned but visually it covered Two and a Half Tiles which should be around 2’6″×1’6″(Two and a Half feet × One and a half foot ) This item was on Sale. Buy One and Two Free because of which I ordered the item. I Was Shocked when I opened the box to see only one item of size 12″×8″(One foot × Eight Inches) instead of Three as per the Offer.
Although the return time period was within 10 days. The company Shiprocket do not take any responsibility nor does the courier as when I called the Delivery Boy who was just outside My compound wall and when I requested Him to return My Money and send the item back He refused and , I was told that according to them their job is Only Delivery and they do not take responsibility for damages to the item or are not responsible for the contents and further told Me to complain to Vendors.
Please take note of My Complaint and Help Me to get My money I.e.Rs.699/- refunded back to Me.
I am really disappointed as when I tried to get back to the site I ordered from I could not get to it again hence My Complaint.
