Complaint about theft in train

I Punam Sringari w/o Late. Gopal Sringari, on 08-04-2018 along with my Son Abhishek Sringari and Daughter Anisha Sringari Were Traveling From Howrah to Secunderabad On 8-04-2018 On East Coast Express (18645) PNR no. 6112718716, Coach B-3, Berth no. 5,6 & 8. the train departed at about 11.45 am from Howrah. In my journey on 09-04-2018 at around 1am while I was sleeping I kept my blue coloured handbag​ beside me On 09_04_2018 at around 4 am I woke up for washroom and noticed that my blue handbag was missing. The bag contained:
1) Gold Chain – weight about 3 tolas
2) 2 Gold Bangles – weight about 4 tolas
3) 4 Gold Rings – Weight about 1tola
4) 1 Small gold chain with pendent- weight about 1 tola & a Imported Ladies Wrist Watch
5) 18,000 Cash
6) Gionee Cell phone (IMEI no.869813026200689, 869813026200697)
7) Samsung Tablet Phone (IMEI no.351558/07/146617/3
8) Mine and my Son’s Aadhaar card, My Pan card, Cheque books, and Bank of India’s Debit card.
I Went to the Secunderabad GRP office to launch an FIR but I was asked to Launch the FIR in Vishakapatnam.So I launched an FIR in Vishakapatnam Railway Station at the GRP Office. I was assured by the authority that they keep me posted for any progress. I haven’t received any update from them till date. Approximately worth Rupees 3.1 L were stolen from a AC compartment . I need to know how can get this compensate.
