The product came in a cardboard box without any other packing. It is non functional. When I tried to email the, the mail bounced back stating message not delivered as the domain net.shiprocket.in couldn’t be found. Right from the day I placed the order, I have been receiving mails from the very same ID…but today, when the message was sent as reply to the mail…the domain is not found.
