I had ordered Japan made Neck fan as advertised by Complaneciàa. But I received 2 Neck fans after paying rs 3599/ which are china made and the function of the Neck fan is not helping me for cooling.y order Id is 335765094.
Already I registered a complaint. But nothing done from company side.
So please take return this item and refund my full amount soon.
