I thus paid $3,700 on November 22.
However, after downloading the app, I noticed that it had not updated with the payment.
When I called them today after waiting for four or five days, they informed me that the money I had paid had not been reflected to them and that I would need to make another payment once they sent the link.
They refused my request for them to handle my refund before I paid using these links.
Subsequently, they called through a female executive, who said, “As if I paid 1870 now for what?” which I denied.
Pavan, with whom I had been debating all morning, corrected her, telling her that she needed to ask for my money again.
