Below mail I have sent to Croma customer support 24hrs back but still there is no reply from them. To register a complaint in Crom official website I’m not getting OTP password for either mobile no. nor through email.
I purchased HTC Desire 828 DS LTE mobile phone on 09-04-2016. I had faced the motherboard issue with the handset twice already. Now it has been given to the HTC Service center on Saturday ie. 23-04-2016 for the same motherboard problem which will take 7 to 10 days to resolve the issue.

As I have purchased this just 15 days back and facing the major issues with the mobile phone twice within 15 days.
I have paid 20K for the product and which is not satisfactory due to major issues in the product and also a waste of my time and money for roaming to the Croma outlet and to the HTC service center from past 15 days, and also suffering from loss of communication without the handset from the day of purchase. So, I request you to kindly provide me with the Replacement for another mobile phone or Refund the amount which I have paid.
Hope you look into the issue and solve it ASAP. Kindly do the needfull.
