Dear Concern,
Cross road company commit to provide road side assistance within 30-40 min, but in last 2-3 occasions I got assistance 60 mins that too by repeatedly calling them.Tried to raise it customer care for this but that’s too pathetic even too listen customer problem, and if don’t talk professionally, it’s against the commitment given by the company during the membership.
