I recently purchased a few products from the online store – Cruxxy Fashion (cruxxy-fashion.myshopify.com) with the online payment of Rs 2096/- done for Vikas Achchhelal Sonakar via PAYUIB (Transaction No: 14811735414). I did not receive an email notification for purchase and shipping details. It’s been over two weeks, nor are the products delivery or payment is returned.
