I ordered a set of 5 bras from this website after seeing an advertisement. I made an order of 5 set of bras in size 28. Those bras looked really great both visually and quality wise. The order cost me 600 Rupees. The only payment option was COD. I confirmed the order. After making the order I even emailed them regarding the order details and tracking order details as it was not there on their website, but got no replies.
I received my order today and there were three bras of completely different size, completely different colour and of horrible quality. I tried calling on the customer service but the only number provided was switched off. I have sent an email again regarding the problem but still got no replies. What should I do now? I have paid 600 in cash and now I need my refund of 600 rupees.

I’d be highly grateful if you could please help me resolve the issue.
