My name is Arup Mondal. I used to work in Damco Solutions(Address: 108, HSIDC Industrial Complex, Sector 31, Faridabad, Haryana 121008) as software engineer. I have left the company on 23rd December 2016 after serving the complete notice period of 60 days. According to company’s policy my Full and Final settlement was due after 4 months of leaving the company. Its 10 months now and i have not received my amount. I sent email to company officials for this but they are delaying it by giving further dates, first they emailed that they will provide it by september end then they emailed that they will give it by Mid october and november in 2 installments, now they emailed they will give it on november end first installment and december end second installment. This is my request please help me to get the full and final amount. Following are the details:-
